Grow Cardiff

Grow Cardiff is a charity that supports health and wellbeing by enabling people to grow their own food at community gardens. The project aims to support anyone that has been affected by mental and physical health issues, loneliness and isolation.

The project runs in:

• Ely,
• Caerau,
• Canton,
• Riverside, and
• Grangetown

 

Sessions run every week at:

• Dusty Forge Community Centre,
• Lansdowne Surgery,
• Riverside Health Centre and
• Grangetown Medical Practice.
