Borrow a blood pressure monitor
Borrow a blood pressure monitor
Find out how to borrow a blood pressure monitor from a hub or library.
What is blood pressure?
Blood pressure is the strength with which your blood pushes on the sides of your arteries, as it is pumped around your body.
High blood pressure (hypertension) is very common, and there are usually no symptoms, so you may not realise you have it. If it is not treated, it can go on to cause serious health problems.
How to borrow a blood pressure monitor
A blood pressure monitor checks if your blood pressure is healthy – or if it is high or low.
If you wish to check your blood pressure, you can borrow a monitor from us for up to 3 weeks, instead of buying one.
You must be a member of the library to borrow a blood pressure monitor. If you are not a library member, find out more about joining the library.
There are 2 ways you can borrow a monitor from us:
