Unpaid Carers Phoneline survey

Cardiff Council have launched a dedicated phoneline for unpaid carers in Cardiff. The phoneline offers:

• assistance,
• information and guidance, and
• support and advice.

Most callers ask for a carer’s needs assessment, but we want unpaid carers to know that the phoneline can offer much more. We are proposing to change the name of the phoneline to reflect the range of services and support available.

We have worked with CAER Carers Club to create new names for the phoneline, and we would like to hear your feedback.

The survey closes on 30 November 2025.
